In this video introduction, Jessica shares an overview of the anatomy and physiology behind the process of breathing and how conscious breathing and breathwork practices improve health and wellbeing. Additionally, we will briefly review the energetic and spiritual connection of the breath (our life force energy). When we understand how the body works, we access greater depths of healing and living.

Learn functional breathing techniques for better quality breathing, stress relief, diaphramn strengthening, and numerous health benefits. These 4 video trainings include guided Breath practices to incorporate into your daily breathing throughout the day and during breathwork sessions.

BONUS! 2 Breath Journeys to utilize when needed. In these sessions, Jessica guides you through a full breathwork session. One is for mornings or during the day while the other journey is for rest / before bed time.

Each session we practice 3 methods of conscious breathing to deepen the relationship with your body and life force energy.
Breath Awareness
Starting the conversation with your body through the breath.
This is the foundation to all breath practices and improving your overall quality of breath.
Breath awareness is done by consciously bringing your awareness and curiosity to the breath to engage our parasympathetic nervous system or “rest and digest”.
This practice deepens your relationship with your body and breath which improves your experience and ability in all breath work practices/experiences.
Rock n’ Roll
Stress Relief and Strengthening the Core? Count me in!
Similar to cat-cow in Yoga, but instead we stay seated upright and rock-n-roll in the pelvic bowl while incorporating the belly, shoulders, neck with the flow of the breath.
If you find you have a busy mind, tightness when you breath, trouble connecting with the breath when doing physical activity… or maybe you are desiring a stronger core and to activate your diaphragm to revel in the numerous health benefits?! This is the breath practice for you.
Nadi Shodhana
Nadi is a Sanskrit word meaning “channel” or “flow” and shodhana means “purification.”
When the breath starts flowing freely and smoothly through both nostrils, the mind attains the state of joy and calmness necessary to access deeper realms of consciousness.
Cleanse: Infuses the body with oxygen and clears and releases toxins and respiratory irritants.
Rejuvenate: Reduces stress and anxiousness, rejuvenating the nervous system to foster clarity and peace.
Harmonize: balances hormones, solar and lunar, masculine and feminine energies, left and right hemispheres of the brain
