Experience a guided breathwork session in person at Eight Lotus Wellness located in the heart of Lake Havasu City, AZ. These sessions combine various breathwork techniques with hands-on guidance and a healing atmosphere to journey with the breath in a life-changing way!
1:1 Breathwork Session
